Hand blown glass table lamp resting on a solid brass base by Toni Zuccheri, VeArt Murano c.1970. The lamp is composed of heavy blue and clear glass diffuser widely flared and flattened in form resting on a layered internally lit brass base. Motifs include bubbled glass with internal molten substance frozen in glass giving the lamp a sculptural and poetic dimension. Two way switch operating individually with a lower bulb to the base and an upper one to the glass.
