A rare and handsome walnut commode designed by the acclaimed Italian designer Melchiorre Bega. It has a curved design and stands on 4 tapered walnut legs with brass sabots. It has 3 large drawers and 3 smaller ones which are hidden in the carved reeding to the top. The drawer handles are the brass originals. This commode has been totally restored by our master craftsmen in Milan.
